
Originally from Lubbock, TX, Dr. Parker Wentz moved to Abilene to attend Abilene Christian University, where he earned his degree, played Division I basketball, and set the school’s three-point percentage record. During his senior year, he married his college sweetheart, Haley Hutchens.
After completing his undergraduate studies, Dr. Wentz attended UT Health San Antonio dental school, where he earned his DDS. He then pursued and completed the highly competitive Master’s Program in Orthodontics at Seton Hill University Center for Orthodontics in Greensburg, PA.

Dr. Wentz is now a proud Board-Certified Orthodontic Specialist serving the West Texas area. This prestigious distinction is held by less than 30% of orthodontists in the U.S. and involves:
- Completing an orthodontic residency.
- Passing rigorous exams by the American Board of Orthodontics.
Dr. Wentz was humbled to achieve board certification with the highest score in the country, earning a perfect score on his final examination.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Wentz cherishes time with his wife, Haley, and their three young boys. His hobbies and interests include:
